Staff and adults who participate with the teens, will be expected to attend orientation and training sessions specific to staff/adults, in addition to the regular Sunday study sessions with the teens. A calendar is available on the Staff/Adults side bar. All staff/adults “work” 24/7 for the 14 days.
MADRICH(A) – STAFF MEMBER – You have a background in education, either formal or informal and/or you have worked with teens and have a wonderful rapport with them. You will be asked to teach, counsel and advise a group of teens and work directly with a Bus Captain.
DOCTOR/NURSE – You are a licensed physician or registered nurse experienced in dealing with teens and their ailments. You are qualified to deal with and treat emergencies. The nurse will provide care under the direction of the physician(s). The medical staff will be responsible for the medical care of a group of buses, including teens and adults.
SURVIVOR LIAISON – Preferably, you have participated in the March of the Living previously and would like to return to help our survivors during this experience which often times can be difficult for them as they age. You have an affinity for working with older adults and understand you may miss some group activities.
ADULTS ACCOMPANYING THE TEENS – You are coming on this trip to help with the teens at various levels, and to witness how this experience allows the teens to grow as proud and dedicated Jews. You may be a parent of one of the teens or not. You will be asked to participate fully in the program, attending all sessions, both for teens and adults, and be given responsibilities with the teens. You will be required to follow the rules and regulations to which the teens must conform.
This year, there will also be an ADULT ONLY GROUP. This group has flexible opportunities. More information can be found under Adult Only Program on the side bar.
